Executive Sous Chef Benefits:

Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support daily kitchen operations
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and execution
  • Oversee kitchen staff performance and training
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • Uphold a guest-first philosophy and ensure a top-tier dining experience

Executive Sous Chef Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in independent or chef-driven restaurants
  • Strong culinary background and a passion for hospitality
  • Ability to coach and mentor back-of-house team members
  • ServSafe certification (required or willing to obtain)
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
