Executive Sous Chef Benefits:

Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Lead and support daily kitchen operations
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and execution
- Oversee kitchen staff performance and training
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Uphold a guest-first philosophy and ensure a top-tier dining experience
Executive Sous Chef Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in independent or chef-driven restaurants
- Strong culinary background and a passion for hospitality
- Ability to coach and mentor back-of-house team members
- ServSafe certification (required or willing to obtain)
- Self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
