Executive Sous Chef Benefits:

Base Salary of $70k to $80k depending on experience

Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:

Lead and support daily kitchen operations
Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and execution
Oversee kitchen staff performance and training
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
Uphold a guest-first philosophy and ensure a top-tier dining experience

Executive Sous Chef Requirements:

Proven leadership experience in independent or chef-driven restaurants
Strong culinary background and a passion for hospitality
Ability to coach and mentor back-of-house team members
ServSafe certification (required or willing to obtain)
Self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
