Restaurant General Manager

A full-service casual dining restaurant is looking for an experienced restaurant GM for a high-volume local favorite. 

 

Restaurant General Manager Requirements and Benefits:

·       Two years of previous full-service restaurant GM experience.

·       Strong leadership and communication skills.

·       Good understanding of systems and financials

·        Experience needed in FOH, Bar and BOH.

·        Excellent Starting Salary with generous bonus paid out frequently.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

·       Responsible for all daily Restaurant Operations.

·       Ownership of financials from the top line down.

·       Develop and train new and current managers and employees.

·       Able to work in unity with a growing and "winning" organization.
