We are seeking a dynamic Hotel General Manager to join our team. We provide a creative and innovative atmosphere where attention to detail is of utmost importance. 

General Manager Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 Years as General Manager in a full-service Hotel, 6 Years in the Hospitality Industry
  • Must have experience in F&B
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Hospitality Degree – Multi-Lingual a plus
  • Experience with Opera Cloud

General Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • Financial, P&L and budgetary accountability 
  • Experience with Revenue Management & Sales
  • Efficient operational coordination, logistics and project management abilities, experience with property maintenance
  • Innovative thinking and problem resolution abilities, motivational and team-oriented leadership
  • Embraces branding and design, up to date on emerging market trends
  • Discerning attention to detail, brand presentation, and cleanliness
  • Impeccable service skills, empathetic dedication to guests and staff at all levels
  • Experience in networking, dealing with Community associations and City affairs
