Director of Human Resources

Director of Human Resources Benefits & Compensation

Director of Human Resources Requirements & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience within the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (required)
  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification (required)
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law, conflict resolution, and organizational development
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage both strategic and day-to-day HR activities

Director of Human Resources Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience in multi-location HR management within hospitality or restaurants
  • Track record of fostering diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces

Director of Human Resources Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead HR strategy development and implementation aligned with business objectives across all locations
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, and retention initiatives to build strong, hospitality-driven teams
  • Champion, enhance, and sustain a people-centered culture focused on respect, equity, and inclusion
  • Design and execute training programs that develop internal leaders and elevate service standards
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and performance management processes
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor regulations and HR best practices
