Area Restaurant Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating a fun, welcoming, and all-inclusive environment for employees and guests
  • Build a customer-focused culture of hospitality where everyone is treated like a guest in your home
  • Developing team members for success while developing your skills for future growth
  • Educating all staff members on matters relating to food safety, cleanliness, operations and profits

Area Restaurant Manager Qualifications Include:

  • Strong desire to lead a team of people and build a team culture through positivity and creativity
  • 2+ years of experience as an Area Manager with 5 or more stores under your charge
  • Current Sanitation Certifications
  • Expert knowledge of Profit and Loss statements
  • Previous experience creating and managing budgets
