Hybrid Bartender / Bar Manager
Grow your management career with an established and successful group! Seeking an experienced Bartender with management experience for this hybrid Bartender/Bar Manager role. This position will lead bar operations at our high volume, casual restaurant and bar. This is a hands-on management role, focused on leadership, operations, and guest experience — this position includes 3 high volume bartending shifts & 2 managing shifts.

Hybrid Bartender / Bar Manager Responsibilities:
- Work behind the bar during peak-volume shifts while overseeing bar and floor operations multiple shifts each week
- Coach, mentor, and grow the bar & front-of-house team while leading bar operations
- Uphold and reinforce standards to ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences
- Be a visible presence on the floor, supporting the dining room, hourly staff, and fellow managers
- Assist in driving smooth bar operations, including guest flow, service delivery, and ordering
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and leadership team to achieve operational objectives
Hybrid Bartender / Bar Manager Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant or Bar Management required
- Strong background in upscale bar operations and beverage service
- 1 to 3 years restaurant or bar management experience and an understanding of Inventory and ordering
- Craft cocktail and wine knowledge preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Organized, detail-oriented, remains calm under pressure
