Restaurant General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
Proven success overseeing $2M+ in annual sales volume
Strong leadership style focused on accountability, results, and hospitality
Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
Ability to develop and retain a high-performing hourly and management team

Must Haves – What Success Looks Like in This Role:

Oversee daily operations with a focus on quality, service, and team engagement
Lead and mentor both FOH and BOH teams to exceed performance targets
Monitor and manage labor, COGS, and operational costs with a strategic eye
Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Build strong guest relationships and foster a welcoming environment

Restaurant General Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:

Experience with high-volume or nationally branded full-service restaurants
Strong business acumen and P&L accountability
Ability to thrive in a systems-driven, performance-based culture
Proven track record of internal promotions and team development
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
