Assistant General Manager – Chef-Driven Concept Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house operations
  • Lead by example to ensure a seamless, hospitality-driven guest experience
  • Assist with recruiting, training, and developing service teams
  • Contribute to cost control efforts, scheduling, and labor management
  • Uphold brand standards, service excellence, and team accountability across all shifts

Assistant General Manager – Chef-Driven Concept Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of management experience in upscale or fine dining
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional service in a high-volume environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Experience with cost control, labor management, and basic financial reporting
  • Hands-on, professional, and passionate about creating memorable dining experiences
