A new start-up agency is looking for a Producer to join their growing firm.

PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Network with potential clients via networking, cold calling, attending events, etc.
Schedule outside meetings with business owners and trusted advisors
Conduct compelling sales presentations within assigned territory/region
Quote and issue new business

PRODUCER REQUIREMENTS:

1+ years experience selling commercial/personal lines
Active P&C license

PRODUCER COMPENSATION:

Salary + commission
Health insurance
