Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum NACI/SF85 background investigation eligibility
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Must Haves:

Serve as the primary Contract Manager responsible for overall HVAC REOS contract performance
Oversee HVAC system design reviews, commissioning, and re-commissioning activities
Lead development and execution of Quality Control Plans, Work Progress Schedules, and Monthly Status Reports
Apply engineering judgment to resolve complex HVAC operational, design, construction, and commissioning issues
Ensure compliance with Engineering Technical Letters, Unified Facilities Criteria, and Unified Facilities Guide Specifications

Preferred Background & Skills:

10+ years of HVAC system design, construction, and operational experience
5+ years as a senior engineer overseeing multi-disciplinary HVAC efforts
Extensive Testing and Balancing (TAB) and commissioning experience
Strong knowledge of energy modeling, load calculations, system selection, and equipment sizing
Experience with direct digital controls and building management systems
Familiarity with DoD mechanical codes and criteria governing HVAC systems
