An extremely large food manufacturing facility is looking to add a 2nd or third shift maintenance team lead. This is a newly created role to help support the facility and streamline overall operations and get the 2nd shift up and running

Maintenance lead Must haves!

Must comply with LOTO, HACCP, PPE and OSHA regulations
Lead a small group of 3-4 Techs.
Solid Vendor Management skills
Ability to support the Maintenance Manager.
Certificate in Electrical Maintenance or related field is a plus
Significant experience as a maintenance manager leading a team.
Experience with Cap X projects and budgeting
Knowledge with multiple skilled trades from HVAC, PLC's and troubleshooting all types of issues as well as welding and Fab.
2nd shift open availability and desire to grow. At least 1 weekend day of availability.
Great communicator in a diverse work environment.
