An extremely large food manufacturing facility is looking to add a 2nd shift maintenance team lead. This is a newly created role to help support the facility and streamline overall operations and get the 2nd shift up and running

Maintenance lead Must haves!

  • Must comply with LOTO, HACCP, PPE and OSHA regulations
  • Solid Vendor Management skills
  • Ability to support the Maintenance Manager.
  • Certificate in Electrical Maintenance or related field is a plus
  • Significant experience as a maintenance manager leading a team.
  • Experience with Cap X projects and budgeting
  • Knowledge with multiple skilled trades from HVAC, PLC's and troubleshooting all types of issues as well as welding and Fab.
  • 2nd shift open availability and desire to grow. At least 1 weekend day of availability.
  • Great communicator in a diverse work environment.
