Sales and Marketing Director Benefits and Compensation

Sales and Marketing Director Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a Marketing and Sales leadership role
  • Experience with SEO
  • Multi-Unit experience with 5-15 locations
  • A history of success in digital marketing in a membership environment
  • Skilled in communication and able to present ideas and ROI's to leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred

Sales and Marketing Director

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies aligned with ambitious growth goals
  • Drive revenue, client acquisition, and membership engagement across all locations
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, brand management, and local market launches
  • Lead and motivate both internal teams and external partners (agencies, contractors, staff)
  • Manage outbound sales functions, including consult bookings, lead follow-up, and membership conversion
