An established, growing organization is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, development, and execution of assigned product lines. This role is responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring products are positioned effectively in the market.
The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to bring products from concept through launch while supporting long-term portfolio strategy and revenue growth.
Product Manager – What You Will Do
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for assigned product lines
- Lead product development initiatives from concept through launch
- Define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Partner with Sales and Marketing on product promotions and enablement
- Manage product forecasting, lifecycle planning, and portfolio performance
- Maintain PLM data, product documentation, and forecasting tools
- Coordinate with engineering and operations to support production readiness
- Support pricing strategy and annual pricing updates
- Lead cross-functional product development efforts and timelines
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Support trade shows, product launches, and sales training
Product Manager – What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing products from concept through commercialization
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in manufacturing or technical product environments preferred
