Wholesale/Retail Manager Perks:

Wholesale/Retail Manager Minimum Requirements:

4-10 years management experience
BA Degree, preferred
Ability and desire to work a rotating schedule to include some Saturdays
Deep understanding of plumbing, HVAC and heating
Commercial warehouse inventory management expertise, including coordinating with vendors to maintain adequate and accurate product levels at all times
Proven ability to comprehensively analyze P&L statement
Comfortability with personnel development including annual reviews, hiring, training, and discipline for the warehouse, sales and transportation departments
Experience ensuring efficient workflows, minimizing operating costs, and maintaining high service levels for both internal and external customers
