Wholesale/Retail Manager Minimum Requirements:

  • 4-10 years management experience
  • BA Degree, preferred
  • Ability and desire to work a rotating schedule to include some Saturdays
  • Deep understanding of plumbing, HVAC and heating
  • Commercial warehouse inventory management expertise, including coordinating with vendors to maintain adequate and accurate product levels at all times
  • Proven ability to comprehensively analyze P&L statement
  • Comfortability with personnel development including annual reviews, hiring, training, and discipline for the warehouse, sales and transportation departments
  • Experience ensuring efficient workflows, minimizing operating costs, and maintaining high service levels for both internal and external customers
