Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications – this is what we will prioritize:
- Proven multi-unit leadership experience within QSR or fast-casual restaurant operations
- Demonstrated success managing 20+ locations with full P&L accountability
- Strong ability to drive sales, control costs, and improve operational KPIs across multiple units
- Experience building and developing high-performing General Managers and leadership teams
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to jump into stores and lead from the front when needed
- Must have experience implementing and maintaining brand standards, food safety, and operational consistency
- Ability to analyze store-level financials and identify opportunities for margin improvement
- Track record of improving underperforming locations through coaching and accountability systems
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and succession planning efforts across the market
- Partner with ownership on strategic growth initiatives, including new store openings and market expansion
- Maintain strong culture and employee engagement across all locations
Director of Operations Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in sandwich/QSR concepts or high-volume, streamlined operations environments
- Background with franchise systems and working within brand standards
- New store opening experience and market growth exposure
- Strong systems orientation with experience using POS, labor management, and reporting tools
- High level of emotional intelligence with a coaching-first leadership mindset
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities
