Help Wanted: Front-of-House Manager – $85K + $20K Bonus | Atlanta (Buckhead)

An iconic Atlanta dining institution is looking for a high-impact Front-of-House Manager to help lead a $10M+ high-volume restaurant in Buckhead. This is a serious operation that demands a leader who can drive results, command the floor, and execute at a high level every day.

We’re not looking for average—we want a do-it-right, no-shortcuts operator who leads from the front and sets the tone for the entire team.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and own all front-of-house operations in a $10M+ restaurant
Drive exceptional guest experiences while maintaining speed, precision, and consistency
Lead from the floor—coach, develop, and hold your team accountable
Partner closely with BOH leadership—must understand kitchen operations and flow
Manage labor, service execution, and shift performance at a high level
Maintain standards across service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience
Use data and P&L insight to drive operational improvements

What You Bring:

4+ years of management experience in a full-service, scratch kitchen restaurant
Experience in high-volume operations ($10M preferred)
Kitchen experience is required—you understand BOH execution and can bridge FOH/BOH
Proven P&L accountability and ability to impact financial performance
Strong leadership presence with the ability to run shifts (prep, production, QA, execution)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in systems and reporting (Excel, POS, etc.)
Spanish is a plus
