Help Wanted: Front-of-House Manager – Lead with Passion. Deliver Hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, coach, and hold your FOH team accountable to high standards
Drive exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues in real time
Own daily operations—service execution, staffing, and floor leadership
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards
Partner with BOH to ensure seamless execution from kitchen to table

What You Bring:

1–3 years of recent management experience in upscale full-service dining
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
Proven ability to lead teams and perform under pressure
High energy, hands-on leadership style
Passion for hospitality and delivering a best-in-class guest experience
