Responsibilities:

Manage all daily operations, emphasizing exceptional service, food and beverage quality, and team performance
Coordinate catering services and events, both onsite and offsite
Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, payroll management, inventory, and cash control
Maintain rigorous standards for safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
Implement effective staff training programs and operational standards
Provide hands-on leadership during busy service periods to support and mentor the team

Qualifications:

3-5 years of General Management experience in full-service, upscale casual dining
Successful track record in restaurant openings and operations
Strong financial acumen, budgeting, and P&L management skills
Proficiency with restaurant technology, including POS, scheduling, and reporting systems
Exceptional leadership skills, integrity, and dedication to an inclusive and positive team environment
