Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

3 years Restaurant General Manager Experience
High-energy, outgoing personality, fun to work for
Proven track record of people development
Strong P&L knowledge
Coach mentality

Use training tools to ensure your team is confident and knowledgeable
Use the systems given to you to achieve operational and team success
