Employment Associate Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including discrimination, wage and hour, non-compete, and breach of contract matters
Represent clients before state and federal courts and administrative agencies
Advise employers on employment law compliance and day-to-day workplace issues
Draft employment policies, agreements, and related documentation
Conduct internal workplace investigations
Deliver employment law training and compliance programs
Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams to support client needs

Employment Associate Requirements

JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission or eligibility for admission in Massachusetts
Minimum of 4 years of employment law experience
Experience litigating employment matters in courts and administrative forums
Strong background advising employers on compliance and HR-related issues
Experience drafting employment policies and agreements
Experience conducting investigations and delivering training
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Willingness to work in-office approximately 60% of the time

Employment Associate Benefits

Bonus eligible (top-of-market compensation)
Base salary range of $310,000 to $365,000
