Launch Manager

$80–100K + Bonus | Comprehensive Benefits

We’re seeking a Launch Manager to support new store openings, operational consistency, and team development across a growing, multi-unit QSR business. This is a key role at an exciting stage of growth—ideal for someone who brings structure, energy, and follow-through to ensure new locations open strong while supporting existing teams in maintaining high standards.

You’ll partner closely with Operations and Culinary leadership to set each location up for success from day one, leading hands-on execution during openings, supporting teams in real time, and reinforcing training, SOPs, and standards across the business.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Supporting and executing new restaurant openings (NROs) from pre-opening through post-launch stabilization
  • Ensuring all locations are operating with clear, consistent SOPs and standards
  • Delivering and reinforcing training programs for new and existing team members
  • Partnering with Operations to identify gaps and improve day-to-day execution
  • Providing hands-on, in-field support—coaching teams and solving problems in real time
  • Assisting in building and refining opening playbooks, training materials, and operational processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting new restaurant openings (NROs) in a multi-unit environment
  • Background in QSR, fast casual, or multi-concept operations
  • Strong understanding of training, SOPs, and operational standards
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A hands-on, team-first approach—willing to jump in and support wherever needed
  • Clear, confident communicator who works well across teams and levels
