Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing culinary team
  • Develop and execute seasonal menus with a focus on quality, creativity, and consistency
  • Maintain top-tier kitchen operations, including inventory, costing, and vendor relationships
  • Uphold health, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
  • Foster a culture of respect, discipline, and growth within the kitchen

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant culinary management experience in an Italian fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred, experience in high volume a plus
  • Deep understanding of seasonal ingredients, plating aesthetics, and kitchen management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.
  • Demonstrates drive to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Open availability 
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant
