Restaurant Director of Operations Requirements & Responsibilities:

Must currently reside within 1 hour of San Francisco, CA
5+ years in a current Director or Regional title role, overseeing 8+ locations
Experience managing full-service and casual dining concepts
Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs
Excellent integrity and character
Proficient with financials, budgets, forecasts and cost control
Servant and hands-on leadership style
Professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities
