The Unit Manager helps coordinate dine-in theater operations to achieve the company's goals. The Unit Manager also supports the management team by communicating expectations to all team members in a professional and safe work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensuring that Team Members satisfy all Studio Movie Grill guest service standards
Performing daily opening, closing, operational, and administrative duties
Ensuring proper staffing in each area
Assisting with hiring, training, coaching, and counseling Team Members.
Working effectively with supervisors, peers, subordinates, guests, vendors, and corporate partners
Listening, communicating, and working to resolve guest concerns
Delivering timely results with minimal supervision
Ensure a safe environment for all Team Members and Guests
Maintaining regular personal attendance for all scheduled shifts
All other functions as designated by the General Manager

Job Requirements:

Must be 21 years old or older
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the hospitality business (bar, restaurant, etc.)
Minimum of 3 years of Manager experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
Dine in-theater experience is a plus
Ability to obtain any required alcohol service licenses or certifications, including T.I.P.S. Certification
Ability to work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Working knowledge of all staff functions
Associate’s / Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or equivalent experience
