RESTAURANT MANAGER NEEDED – BILINGUAL LEADERS ONLY

Restaurant Manager – What You Must Bring
- Currently working as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
- 1–2 years of management experience in a full-service scratch kitchen
- Bilingual (English / Spanish required)
- Hospitality degree preferred
- ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Open availability – days, nights, weekends
- Strong leadership presence and clear communication skills
Restaurant Manager – What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Running daily restaurant operations with a focus on efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Leading from the front—motivating, coaching, and holding your team accountable
- Managing inventory, food cost, and labor cost controls
- Enforcing food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
- Building strong relationships with staff, guests, and vendors
- Developing and coaching your team to perform at the highest level
Preferred Background
- Experience in high-volume restaurants
- Strong understanding of food safety and operational best practices
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems fast
- Detail-oriented leader with a true passion for hospitality
