Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recent General Manager experience in full-service dining
  • STRONG Leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid food handler’s certificate.
  • Knowledge of local state, & federal health and safety codes

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Drive restaurant operations, financial, and marketing projects and goals
  • Hire, train, motivate, coach & developing staff
  • Ensure quality of food and service to every guest
  • Financials, P&L, and cost management
  • Uphold brand standards in all departments
