Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

3+ years of recent General Manager experience in full-service dining
STRONG Leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a valid food handler’s certificate.
Knowledge of local state, & federal health and safety codes

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Drive restaurant operations, financial, and marketing projects and goals
Hire, train, motivate, coach & developing staff
Ensure quality of food and service to every guest
Financials, P&L, and cost management
Uphold brand standards in all departments
