Custodial Operations Manager
Location: Bethany / Oklahoma City, OK
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 + Benefits
A facilities services company is seeking a Custodial Operations Manager to oversee custodial operations at a university campus in the Oklahoma City area. This role will manage approximately 15 custodial employees and ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily custodial and janitorial operations
• Supervise and support a team of approximately 15 employees
• Build staff schedules and manage coverage for call-offs
• Conduct facility inspections and maintain cleaning standards
• Maintain cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals
• Communicate with client stakeholders and resolve service issues
• Train, coach, and develop custodial team members
Qualifications
• 3+ years leadership experience in custodial, janitorial, EVS, or facility services operations
• Experience supervising custodial staff and managing schedules
• Experience conducting facility inspections and maintaining quality standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Contract janitorial or facility services experience preferred
Schedule
Monday–Friday, primarily 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
