We are a growing, fast-casual restaurant group that has been very successful due to our people-first culture. We currently have over 40 locations and counting. We are a performance-based company, which means promotions are always from within and are based on your success/dedication. Our ideal candidate comes from a full-service background and is very team-focused.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead/Coach and Develop your team
  • Hands-on leadership mentality
  • Always focused on guest satisfaction
  • Out-of-the-box thinker who knows how to build sales and work shoulder to shoulder with your team

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years minimum experience with a full-service restaurant group
  • Exposure to at least $3 Million in sales
  • Works shoulder to shoulder with your team
  • Has worked your way up through the trenches
  • Infectious enthusiasm and passion for what you do
