Pastry Supervisor Responsibilities:  

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills 
  • Maintaining high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a deadline-driven, demanding environment
  • Support the team to execute tasks on time with enthusiasm

Pastry Supervisor Requirements:

  • 2+yrs of progressive supervisory experience in a scratch kitchen
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed 
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Must be passionate about food and executing consistency at a high-volume
  • Must be passionate about cleanliness and food safety
  • Physically able to stand, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods every day in a hot kitchen
