We are seeking an experienced Chemical Process Manager for a well-established, growing company. The ideal candidate for the Chemical Process Manager role will be responsible for daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring quality and consistency, within the anodizing department.

Chemical Process Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day anodizing operations, including prep, chemical baths, finishing, cleaning, and inspection.

• Manage and supervise shop staff: assign tasks, schedule shifts, and ensure staff training.

• Maintain equipment and chemical bath integrity; monitor bath chemistry, perform routine maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

• Coordinate with procurement, production planning, and quality assurance to meet production schedules and customer requirements.

• Prior experience in anodizing/metal finishing / electrochemical surface treatment.

• Experience working with Black Oxide.

• NADCAP experience required.

• Supervisory or team-lead experience in a manufacturing/finishing environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or previous coatings experience.

Chemical Process Manager Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range of $70K – $80K, based on experience
