Director of Manufacturing Requirements & Qualifications

Must Haves:

Senior manufacturing or plant leadership experience
Oversight of multi-department operations including machining and assembly
Proven turnaround or change management experience
Production planning with labor and efficiency focus
KPI ownership tied to utilization, efficiency, and on-time delivery
Quality, safety, and compliance leadership
Budget management and cost control experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

Day-to-Day Focus:

Improve build efficiency and reduce labor hours
Implement and track manufacturing KPIs
Drive quality and safety standards
Lead, develop, and hold teams accountable

Director of Manufacturing Preferred Background & Skills

Capital equipment or OEM manufacturing experience
Lean or continuous improvement exposure
Master’s degree
Strong change leadership and communication skills
