Qualifications:

2-7 years of experience of plaintiff side employment law.
Applicants should have strong employment litigation experience, with a wage and hour class action emphasis, and be comfortable litigating in both State and federal courts
Must be experienced and skillful in client advocacy, handling court appearances, taking and defending depositions, drafting complaints, mediation briefs, and class action settlement agreements
Able to work independently and provide reliable, high-level support to partner, effectively manage, mediate, and settle cases, engage clients, and offer meaningful ongoing mentorship to associates
