Are you ready for the next step in your career in 2026? We are seeking a Hotel General Manager like YOU to lead our team in executing the highest level of guest satisfaction for our independent, boutique upscale resort!
Hotel General Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Service Hotel Assistant General Manager
- At least 2 consecutive years of experience as a Hotel General Manager
- Experience in luxury or resort hotels preferred
- Passionate about team and guest satisfaction
Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations – not limited to front office, housekeeping, F&B, sales and engineering.
- Lead the team and ensure brand standards are achieved consistently.
- Maintain a memorable guest experience from check-in to check-out.
- Implement best practices that elevate guest satisfaction and foster a culture
- Prepare budgets, forecast revenue and partner on marketing initiatives.
- Conduct regular property audits, inspections and evaluations.
Hotel General Manager Benefits:
- Excellent base pay -$150,000. – $170,000.00
