We have an immediate opening for a Controller. The ideal candidate has experience in retro gaming culture and enjoys a fast pace in well established company. Must relocate to Gillette, Wyoming. We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $175,000 and help with relocation. Do not miss this one!!!
Controller Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary range of $125K – $175K, based on experience

Controller Qualifications and Responsibilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Build and oversee full-spectrum start-up accounting systems
• Implement financial controls, compliance structures, and reporting frameworks
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting
• Oversee inventory valuation for custom parts and refurbished consoles
• Optimize payroll and HRIS using ADP
• Lead ERP development and integration (NetSuite experience highly preferred)
• Provide operational partnership to founders across product, production, and development pipelines
• Experienced in small-company and start-up accounting
• Skilled in process creation and operational scaling
• Able to move fluidly between strategy and execution
• Curious, flexible, and excited to learn about the gaming industry
