Site Estimator – Greater Boston, MA

Site Estimator Requirements & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in construction
Prior expertise in site estimation for rebuild or restoration projects
Demonstrated experience obtaining permits and working with local authorities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional communication and customer-facing confidence
Ability to work independently in both office and field settings
Proficiency with DocuSketch and Xactimate

Site Estimator Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Serve as the first on-site responder for restoration and rebuild projects
Perform site evaluations and develop initial scopes of work
Support estimating efforts for reconstruction projects
Secure permits and manage permitting processes with local municipalities
Liaise with permitting offices, auditors, and inspectors to ensure compliance
Coordinate and meet subcontractors at job sites
Maintain accurate project documentation and clear internal communication
Represent the organization with professionalism to clients, vendors, and partners
