Step away from the treadmill of volume-driven healthcare. We’re seeking a Medical Assistant trained in Primary Care or Family Medicine to join a concierge-style clinical practice serving a high-end corporate population. This is an opportunity to work in an environment that prioritizes true relationship-based care.
Medical Assistant Compensation & Benefits:
- No weekends, no holidays, no on-call work
- Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday only
- Low patient volume, high quality
Medical Assistant Requirements & Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant diploma/certificate from an accredited program preferred
- Experience working in primary care
- Phlebotomy experience required
- Ability to prepare and assist with IV therapy required
- Experience performing patient intake: vital signs, history, and charting
Medical Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient intake — gathering medical history, medications/allergies, and chief complaints
- Take vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature) and prepare patients for exams or procedures
- Support physicians with prep, medication administration, injections, and basic care within scope
- Use EHR systems to document patient information and medical records accurately
- Handle administrative tasks: scheduling appointments, managing referrals, and providing patient education
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment
- Use BLS skills to assist in emergencies, and provide front-desk/reception coverage when needed
