An ultra-luxury, independently owned resort spanning 2,200 acres is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, multi-unit capital, renovation, and construction projects across the property. This role directly impacts the guest experience while partnering closely with senior leadership in a Forbes-level environment.

This is a relocation to Western Pennsylvania.

Project Manager – Benefits and Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary up to $260,000, commensurate with experience

Project Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management (required)
  • 8+ years of experience in hotel, resort, or multi-unit project management
  • Proven success managing renovations, capital projects, and large-scale construction
  • Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and project oversight

Must Haves:

  • Lead full-cycle project execution across multiple buildings and guest-facing venues
  • Coordinate contractors, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain Forbes-level quality standards, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
  • Provide clear reporting, communication, and updates to executive leadership

Project Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Luxury resort, independent hotel, or multi-unit commercial project background
  • Experience with capital planning and long-term property development
  • Knowledge of smart-building technologies or sustainability initiatives
  • PMP, CAPM, or other advanced project management certifications preferred
