About the Opportunity

We are a rapidly growing content commerce and creator marketing company operating across short-video platforms in the travel, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors. Our business combines creator partnerships, performance-driven content, and localized market execution to drive both audience engagement and commercial results. As we continue expanding in the U.S. market, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who can own creator partnerships today and grow into a U.S. Country Manager role as the business scales.

The Role

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role combining business development, creator partnerships, and operational management. You will be responsible for growing the local creator ecosystem, building strategic partnerships, and laying the foundation for a future U.S. team and market presence.

Creator Success Manager (Hotel Partnership) Responsibilities

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with creators, agencies, hotels, attractions, and related ecosystem partners in the U.S. market
  • Explore new business opportunities and collaboration models that drive creator growth, content supply, and revenue performance
  • Act as a key local point of contact for external partners, representing the company in the U.S. market

Creator & Campaign Management

  • Build, manage, and scale a local network of KOC/KOL creators within hotel and attraction verticals
  • Lead creator onboarding, engagement, and performance management to ensure consistent, high-quality content output
  • Oversee monthly creator campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, content review, and performance follow-up

Market & Team Ownership

  • Own local market execution and provide insights on U.S. creator trends, platform dynamics, and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate closely with global teams (operations, content, product, and HQ leadership) to localize strategies and workflows
  • Support the setup and management of a future U.S.-based team, including processes, standards, and best practices

Creator Success Manager (Hotel Partnership) Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, influencer marketing, creator operations, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. creator economy, influencer marketing, or content commerce ecosystem; experience in travel, hospitality, or eCommerce is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to manage external partners and creators while driving execution and results
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; comfortable working independently with high ownership
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability; able to think long-term while delivering short-term results
  • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and motivated to grow into a market leadership role
