Store Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

3+ years in retail sales or customer-facing management
Proven success leading commission-based sales teams
Strong coaching, accountability, and KPI-driven mindset
Oversees store presentation, operations, and team scheduling
Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred experience with CRMs and sales performance tools
