Great opportunity to join the management team of a well-established, innovative, multi-unit, multi-concept F&B group. We’re seeking a driven, energetic hospitality leader with a hands-on approach who’s ready to advance their career. Our current need is for an experienced Food and Beverage Director.

Food and Beverage Director Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all F&B operations for a busy, upscale hotel property with three outlets
  • Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and development of management and hourly teams
  • Provide coaching and disciplinary action as needed to support performance and standards
  • Ensure consistent excellence in food quality, beverage execution, service standards, and overall guest satisfaction
  • Full P&L oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
  • Partner with culinary and bar teams on menu development, programming, and seasonal offerings
  • Support and elevate hotel events, banquets, and special activations

Food and Beverage Director Requirements:

  • Strong, engaging leadership presence
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
  • Minimum 3 years of F&B Director or senior F&B management experience in a high-volume, upscale hotel or multi-outlet operation
  • Strong bar/beverage knowledge a plus
  • Proven event management experience
  • Hotel and multi-outlet experience strongly preferred
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Solid tenure with demonstrated career progression
