Now Hiring: Chief Operating Officer for Local Brewery in Charleston, SC!

We’re looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our brewery production, sales, and taphouse restaurant operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves brewing and hospitality, and we’re open to relocation candidates. COO Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of brewing, production, sales, alcohol distribution, and restaurant operations
  • Deep understanding of P&L, costs, sales growth, and brewery production
  • Experience as a General Manager or in multi-unit operations is preferred
  • Passionate about hospitality and leading a team with care for guests, customers, and employees
  • Must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
  • Self-starter with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in fast-paced environments

COO Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the company, including production, distribution, marketing, sales, and finance
  • Act as “second in command” to the owner, with full responsibility for brewery operations, taphouse, sales, and managing employees
  • Analyze operational and financial data to report key performance metrics to the owner
  • Drive employee performance and engagement
  • Be actively involved in operations, from beer production with the Head Brewer to developing employees, building customer relationships, and planning for growth

COO Compensation:

  • Salary: $80-90K + profit-sharing bonuses of $30-50K
