Restaurant General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
At least 2 years of Profit & Loss accountability
Strong commitment to exceptional customer service
Skilled in team leadership, development, and communication
Proficient in basic business math and computer literacy
Demonstrates sound decision-making and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Ability to resolve conflicts and lead by example
