Are you a driven insurance professional with a passion for building relationships and growing a book of business? We’re seeking a Commercial Lines Sales Representative to join a stable, independent agency in the Tampa Bay area. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your expertise, develop a niche, and make a real impact in a family-owned, growth-focused environment.

Our current commercial focus includes habitational and lessor’s risk, but we welcome producers with interest in other industries and classes of business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect and write new commercial lines accounts.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with property managers, COAs/HOAs, and small-to-mid-sized businesses.
  • Partner with carriers to design competitive risk management solutions.
  • Ensure compliance while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Florida 2-20 license (required).
  • Prior independent agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in commercial lines sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
