Requirements & Qualifications:

Oversee multiple locations to ensure consistency and quality, including commissary kitchen
Work with the Executive Chef on menu development, implementation of SOPs, streamlining production
Mentor and develop team members, including training
Worked in high-volume settings: including grab-n-go and prepped food items

Background & Skills:

Good tenure, no job hoppers
Strong leadership skills, including HR
Strong administrative skills: financials, scheduling, training, etc
Strong passion for food, skilled plating and presentation
