We are hiring an Account Manager to join a fast-growing team, focused on strengthening client relationships, driving revenue, and supporting customer success. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in hospitality, retail, or service industries who excel at building rapport, problem-solving, and guiding clients to adopt best practices that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships through active listening and strategic support
- Identify business opportunities to help clients maximize profitability
- Guide customers in adopting best practices to improve operations
- Collaborate with field teams and manage follow-up actions
- Track and analyze customer performance via CRM tools
- Present solutions and recommendations via virtual meetings and digital communication
- Stay informed on industry trends and customer needs
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail, or client services)
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable delivering virtual presentations and technical guidance
