District Manager Wanted – Build Your Own Empire | Unlimited Profit Sharing
We’re not hiring paper-pushers—we’re hiring operators. A fast-growing, performance-obsessed QSR group is looking for a District Manager to take full ownership in our Operating Partner Program. If you're an elite leader ready to grow stores, build teams, and make serious money—this is your shot.
This is NOT your average DM job. We PAY for performance with an UNLIMITED profit-sharing plan and real autonomy to run your market like it's your own business.
What You Bring:
- 2–3+ years of QSR multi-unit management experience
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and retain winning teams
- Command-level leadership and accountability
- A no-excuses, ownership mentality—your performance drives your income
What You'll Own:
- Full operational control over multiple high-performing units
- Recruiting, developing, and leading top-tier GMs and crews
- Enforcing best-in-class standards across operations, safety, and guest experience
- Holding teams accountable and driving results daily—including nights and weekends
