Join a best-in-class property known for excellence in hospitality and service. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to support our financial operations and help drive accurate reporting in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Staff Accountant Requirements & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and GAAP

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/reporting software

• Experience preparing timely financial statements and management reports

• Responsible for month-end close, account reconciliations, and sales tax return preparation

• Collaborate with AR, AP, treasury, and department managers to ensure accuracy and compliance

Staff Accountant Preferred Background & Skills:

• Prior experience in hospitality or private club environments highly desirable

• Familiarity with Sage Intacct, Maestro and other hospitality-based software platforms

• Highly organized, analytical, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting
