Landscape Crew Foreman

$25–$30/hour | Full-Time | Seasonal & Long-Term Opportunities Available

We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Landscape Crew Foreman to lead crews in the field, oversee daily project execution, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. What You’ll Do as a Landscape Crew Foreman

  • Lead and supervise landscape crews on residential and commercial job sites
  • Coordinate daily schedules, project priorities, and crew assignments
  • Perform and oversee landscaping work including planting, grading, mulching, hardscaping, cleanup, and property enhancements
  • Operate landscaping equipment and ensure proper maintenance and safe operation
  • Train, mentor, and motivate crew members while maintaining productivity and quality standards
  • Communicate with customers and leadership regarding project progress and job site needs
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards

What We’re Looking For in a Landscape Crew Foreman

  • Prior landscaping and crew leadership experience required
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, equipment, blueprints and job site operations
  • Ability to lead by example with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license required; chauffeur’s or CDL license is a plus
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
